Although INCYTOИ is quite young, it has already a considerable amount of experience in the field of technical development of analytical processes and devices for research purposes. Our network in the community is broadly based and we are still reaching out to get in contact with new connections and use cases every day. We trust on grown collaborations, a high-quality supplier network and the never-ending ideas of scientists all over the world.
The important factor for our success is the right team and the right spirit within. By having a personal relationship and focus on authentic code of conduct we aim to promote the ever-growing capabilities of each and every INCYTOИAUT.
We embrace change and are always forward-looking. We are courageous on our journey to discover whatever is out there. We respect diversity, all kind of opinions and backgrounds and are open for the many sassy solutions to real world challenges we are facing as a team.
By all the playing and experimental fun, we focus on the results and stay professional when we should. We keep it easy and have a high sense of quality in mind for all our doings. Thereby we love to experiment and get initial results fast.
We are passionate about what we do, because we care about the outcome. The extra mile can be a delight for us, if the challenge was solving the unthinkable.
WHO WE ARE
We rely on the following basic values as the basis of all our actions:
Commitment + Focus + Humanity + Openness
WHAT WE ASPIRE TO
We as INCYTOИ constantly strive for new horizons in the field of cell-based analysis through experience and innovation. We want to continuously increase the achievable information content of an experiment for the user.
For us, customers and employees come first. Together, we develop analytical platforms and devices with unique sensor combinations for cell-based assays. We focus on future-oriented research and the credo “made in Germany”. Through the smart combination of actuators and life science sensor technology, we are increasing the efficiency of the experiment of our customers.
We as INCYTOИ find ourselves at home in a universe where biology and technology are combined in one sphere. We see ourselves a little bit as time traveler towards future, as pioneer in our technology space and explorer in the cell. Therefore, we love the description of being an INCYTOИAUT.

INCYTOИ is a privately financed spinoff company of HP Medizintechnik GmbH, a manufacturer of laboratory devices and steam sterilizers. In close collaboration with the chair for biomedical electronics under leadership of Prof. Dr. B. Wolf (TU München) HP Medizintechnik GmbH has conducted several research projects to dive into the idea of enabling the scientific community with continuously observation and simultaneously measuring of key parameters of cellular changes. Back in 2007 our founder Dr.-Ing. H. Herz and Prof. Dr. B. Wolf initiated the basic outlines of our understanding how cells should be investigated. Over ten years of hard development and proof-of-concept work later, we can now base our knowledge on several high impact bachelor, master and PhD theses as well as three successful publicly funded research projects.
